The laser cutting head is the core component of your fiber laser machine. Proper daily maintenance avoids sudden downtime and reduces costly part replacement.
Daily Check
- Inspect the protective lens for dust, oil stains or scratches. Replace immediately if damaged.
- Check the nozzle for deformation, clogging or residue buildup. Clean or swap nozzles before cutting.
- Confirm air/gas pipeline connection, no air leakage.
Weekly Maintenance
- Clean the cutting head exterior with lint-free cloth. Do not touch optical elements directly by hand.
- Check the ceramic ring for cracks, loose installation.
- Verify focus sensor signal stability.
Monthly Deep Maintenance
- Check cooling circuit for temperature and flow, ensure no blockage.
- Inspect internal optical path condition by professional operator.
- Tighten loose connectors and test the height following function.
Warning Tips
Never disassemble the cutting head by yourself. Improper disassembly will damage precision optics and void the warranty.
