The machine bed is the base of the fiber laser cutter. A dirty or deformed bed directly affects cutting accuracy and workpiece flatness.

Daily Check
- Clear metal slag and scraps on the worktable after each batch cutting.
- Check support strips for burning damage or deformation.
- Confirm no leftover parts jammed in the bed gap.
Weekly Maintenance
- Thoroughly clean the bed and support strips with brush and air gun.
- Inspect support strips height, replace burnt or bent ones.
- Wipe the bed surface and remove stubborn spatter.

Quarterly Maintenance
- Check bed levelness with level gauge, re-calibrate if offset.
- Fasten loose bolts of the worktable frame.
- Clean waste slag collection box and slag discharge channel completely.
Warning Tips
Do not strike the machine bed with heavy tools. Avoid directly cutting on severely damaged support strips, which will cause workpiece sagging.
